You complete a detailed intake form where you describe your daily routine, work or school schedule, training activity, goals, current eating habits, time options, and any issues you want to improve.

2. Recommendations

Based on your answers, I prepare practical recommendations for your eating structure, meal timing, hydration, training and non-training days, and specific steps based on your goals.

3. Online Cooperation

The entire process takes place online. After your order and payment, you receive the intake form by e-mail. Your completed nutrition plan will be sent within 3 business days after you submit the form.

About Me and My Approach

My name is Jindřich Plíšek, and I see nutrition as part of a person’s overall lifestyle — not just as an isolated meal plan. My background combines university studies in nutrition, sports diagnostics, and healthy lifestyle with real experience from sport, internships in a sports environment, and contact with professional sport.

This education is closely connected to human health, movement, recovery, prevention, and daily habits. It allows me to work with nutrition in a broader context — considering energy, performance, body composition, lifestyle, and long-term sustainability.

My work is not only for athletes. I also help people who want to improve their eating routine, have more energy, feel better in their body, or build a more practical system around food.

Through the Be The Next Diamond project, I also provide nutrition support for athletes in the United States. This experience helped me create a practical system based on a detailed intake form, individual evaluation, and recommendations built around the client’s real routine.

A human and empathetic approach is important to me. Nutrition is not only about knowledge — it is also about daily routine, stress, motivation, time, responsibilities, and personal circumstances. That is why I focus on understanding each client’s real life first, before creating practical recommendations that feel realistic and usable.
